We delete case-related data when storage is no longer necessary and restrict processing given statutory storage obligations.

Right to erasure („right to be forgotten“) (article 17 GDPR): If the legal requirements are met, you have the right to request immediate deletion of the your personal data.

Right to restriction of processing (article 18 GDPR): In accordance with article 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.
