(3) When contacting us via email or a contact form, we will use the personal data (your email address, in some cases your name and phone number as well) that you provide to us in order to answer your questions. We delete case-related data when storage is no longer necessary and restrict processing given statutory storage obligations.

(1) You have the following rights regarding our use of your personal data:

Right of access by the data subject (article 15 GDPR): You have the right to know whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us. If this is the case, you have the right to receive further information about the processing and a copy of your personal data processed by us.

Right to rectification (article 16 GDPR): If we process incorrect personal data concerning you, you have the right to have us correct that data. If we process incomplete data, you have the right to request completion of that data.

Right to erasure („right to be forgotten“) (article 17 GDPR): If the legal requirements are met, you have the right to request immediate deletion of the your personal data.

Right to restriction of processing (article 18 GDPR): In accordance with article 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.

Right to data portability portability (article 20 GDPR): You have the right to obtain personal data concerning you that you have provided us for processing. Additionaly, you have the right to have us transfer this data to another controller.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (article 77 GDPR): You have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority, e.g.:
